This hits close to home. I started working retail right around the time they were phasing out pay and benefits that would make the jobs livable.

Remember watching Pulp Fiction for the first time and laughing about $5 milkshakes? This little cup was over $7 at Denny's of all places. Late stage capitalism is stupid.
This right here! I am so sick of workers burning themselves out because corporate doesn't budget correctly for labor/equipment. Lives are not on the line for most jobs. Stop acting like they are.
