French black/death metal at its purest Viande - Monument aux morts (2026) Transcending Obscurity Records

Ok I’m kind of kicking myself for not including this album in my year-end list for 2024 and I’m kicking myself even more for not catching Knocked Loose live with Slipknot when I had the chance; and for what: because I didn’t like the vocals. I would’ve been a fan sooner for all I know.

Lunch break jams

The reason for my change in profile pic, let alone my username and such, is because aside from my love for the Beelzebubs comics and music, is that I’m a closeted bi bear and I’m a man of blackened heart.

It feels good to play albums and songs I enjoy (Carnifex, The Black Dahlia Murder) instead of focusing so much on albums I revisit to narrow down my rankings for each month.

Last album I spun today on the drive home from errands and on the way to work. Interesting schedule ahead to say the least.

Spinning this while riding around then waiting with my cousin for his appointment. Perfect for this gloomy drizzle.

I don’t go out of my way to look for doom metal bands/albums, but this one took the cake for July so far!

Currently wrapping this album up on break and pieces of this song gave me Emperor vibes which is not the only reason why I love symphonic black metal. My top albums list on Spotify is private now because I’m once more narrowing down my ranking as time goes on with my list containing 15 right now.

Snagged these up this past weekend before I caught a metal show. I beat GTA V on the Xbox 360 along with Red Dead Redemption. Thanks to the backwards compatibility feature on the Xbox Series X, I get to play RDR 2 and GTA V before I finally dive into GTA Online.

I forgot to post this but my brother and I finally got our hands on this Xbox Series X as our late birthday gift last Sunday. Right after that, I came down with Achilles tendinitis which gave me time throughout my recovery to replay GTA IV before reaching Episodes from Liberty City.

So this old geezer turns 29 today
