Dear Prince Hadi passed away suddenly overnight on Sunday. We are all feeling bereft. Hadi was the sweetest and most gentle of Norwegian Forest cats and loved nothing more than a belly rub. The rest of the Clan are very subdued especially Mr. Merlin as they sleep together. 1/2

Today is the Feast day of St.Melangell. she also has another Feast day on the 31st January because she is so wonderful! She fled Ireland in the 6th century to avoid an arranged marriage. She ended up in the Pennant Valley, North Wales where she founded a small nunnery. 1/2

Pretty colours! I found I wasn't better after all and now have a couple of weeks of strong antibiotics to take. Seeing these flowers and seeing my nieces and sister cheered me up though 🙂
I found variegated Lemon Balm in my parent's garden! Heavenly scent and I'm assuming has all the healing properties of regular lemon balm. I've been ill with various ailments since I returned from Wales but on the mend now, and this pretty herb has helped 🌿💚

Four Stones circle, one of my favourite circles near New Radnor. It's a rare Welsh example of a four poster circle and evidence suggests it was used for funerary practices. Apparently, the stones have a walk at midnight down to the brook for a drink! 1/2
