The planters on SE Salmon have been removed for almost a year now, and have never been replaced or rebuilt Mark Angeles died at SE 39th and Gladstone over a decade ago and the intersection still looks the same today Over 30 reported VZ crashes (only through '24) just to leave the neighborhood
At least the scale and sentiment of bike/ped infrastructure is there in spirit
Yes, I actually love that the main way out of my neighborhood entails crossing oncoming traffic with a curb so shallow the tactile paving is run over to point of destruction and also people illegally turn across a double yellow on Powell

I asked for a prorated rent since I couldn't stay there with no hot water. He said he didn't make me leave, and refused to compensate. I asked for help with the exorbitant water bill, and he told me no. Still had the audacity to charge me in-full for lease-break and cleaning, and kept all deposits
Second incident, during Covid. Woke up one morning and the water heater had ruptured. Flooded the garage and ruined a bunch of stuff. No hot water for a week, had to find an emergency AirBnb last minute Landlord blamed me for not calling and finding a service person to replace it or fix it(???)
Here are my contributions! Due to timing, I had moved out ~weeks before the end of the lease. Landlord moved someone else in without telling me, and I only found out when I went back to clean up and leave keys behind I literally could've just walked in on the new tenants
PBOT is like everyone should feel safe using neighborhood greenways, and then they show you these skid marks from drivers doing donuts in the intersection
