I haven't posted this one much since I painted it. I wanted to capture the feeling of the summer that this was painted in - here it was cool and rainy and I remember the hydrangeas were so full and alive. I wanted to try to recreate it so I could hold it forever.
Saw this and wanted to comment. I think it's a really interesting conversation to have and would be very interested in all your opinions (although I'm not going to engage in any arguments with anybody) Mildly altered screenshot to show my whole comment as the bottom cut off.
