Last 12 months have included two Final Fours, the NBA Finals, the Big Ten championship game, the national championship game, seven days in Puerto Rico and leaving @michaelniziolek.bsky.social in Chicago. It has been a genuine privilege. Let’s do it all again soon.
NCAA President Charlie Baker asked here about NCAA Tournament expansion:
Herb Sendek when asked about trying to call timeout after Allen Graves' late-second half 3.
Also, all this happened in the context of NCAA tournament mock selection, which I’m participating in. Looking forward to snacking on that apple later.
The perfect placement for The Good Brand @homefield.bsky.social in the IndyStar special section. #iufb

Curt Cignetti: "I think that's called a paradigm shift. People can cling to an old way of thinking, categorizing teams as this or that, conference as this or that, or they can adjust to the new world." #iufb
NEWS: The city of Bloomington is honorarily renaming the retention pond at Miller-Showers Park (the park north of 17th Street, where College and Walnut split) D'Angelo's Pond, after D'Angelo Ponds' Peach Bowl performance. #iufb
Indiana added a wall outside its team meeting room, when the North End Zone facility opened 15 years ago, for internal players of the game each week. Every year, that wall included a place for the Big Ten championship. This year, it will be filled. #iufb
