I’ve been waking and baking then journaling about trans rights ⚧️

Screenshot of a note app that says: Because transition was so challenging, the after effects landed me into exacerbated disabilities, continued unemployment, poverty, etc. It's very hard to affirm self-worth. Admitting to myself I'm still not where I want to be with transition (after ALL that, hahahaha!) I know I can never truly thrive until I have the healthcare I need. I identify as a transsexual because the definition is most accurate to my lived experience. I require medical care that changes my sex. That's the most simple way to put it semantically! Having the word 'sexual' in my identity is not an inherently filthy thing. We need to have more conversations about the needs of the trans community who medically transition, especially how to help post-op trans people get the help they need after receiving surgery. When you live in a racist country where marginalized genders can't receive safe reproductive healthcare, there's a dangerous decline in well-being for people living post-op life.
Just wanted to share this perspective into the internet void to help those understand who may be cis allies or trans community members who don't want to medically transition
