My friend Neil Currie (TransRadioOnline) took this picture of me this week using a vintage lens. We met up after he had been to BBC Radio Leeds to talk about Leeds Pride taking place this weekend. This year will mark its 20th anniversary. So if you’re in Leeds go along and celebrate.

SATURDAY WAS A SPENNY DAY Firstly, Horrorcon rinsed me and then the Deviant UK show, I bought a CD by IAmImperfect . I also got Deviant's latest CD at the last show I saw them at, and Play/Dead. Bands supporting other bands is important, but THIS IS WHY I HAVE NO MONEY.

ZOMBIE ALERT ‼️ At Horrorconuk yesterday I ran into the zombies who every year come to the convention in Sheffield dressed in various themes collecting for charity. Last year I think they all came as Titanic zombies and this year they were a wedding party complete with a zombie bride and groom. 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️

LAST QUESTION This is the final question the Yorkshire Evening Post asked me about my film, It's Not Easy Being Strange: Goth Music & Culture. If you missed it, I'm still accepting late pledges. I name checked a load of Leeds bands, but they were removed in the edit. #goth #filmmaking

SISTERS OF MERCY GOLD DISC In Hull on Saturday, I saw a real golden artefact of Leeds music history on the wall. #thesistersofmercy
