Caught the final encore and found my brother (like three people to the left of the photo).
Avertissement : Un survol aérien de Montréal est prévu aujourd'hui, vendredi 12 juin, à 19 h, à l'occasion du match des Alouettes.
Warning: CAF Jet Flyover of downtown Montreal is scheduled today Friday June 12 at 7:00pm for Alouettes home opener.
Probably just biased because it's still my favourite campaign. Sad that 5th edition may not make it to Changeling so we're likely another decade out from the next CtD.
One fun benefit of my job is getting to work in all sorts of hidden spots around the city. Today's lunchtime view is over downtown.
Needed a water bottle, figured I may as well get a spare reusable for the same price. Happy pride month!
Just over 4 years since we finished the original, #TheQueensDilemma has arrived. Not sure when we'll get a chance to play it, but I'm looking forward nevertheless!
Maybe worth it. Rain on the front windows meant some very cool views coming back into the city.
Don't mind me, just accidentally taking the extremely scenic route home (yes I ran and got on the train going the wrong direction because I entered the station from a different place than usual).
Momentarily considered live-streaming from tech this weekend but then thought the better of my likelihood to take it seriously:
Uhh forgive my ignorance but how can a MLB team be playing two games at the same time?
Wearing PM and SM hats today for two different productions. Good chance of a TD and/or sound design hat to boot. Slight risk of LX and Video in the forecast. I guess that dictionary prediction had merit.
No coffee in the rehearsal hall so I'm spending my dinner break in this extremely liminal hallway. At least I have risers to keep me company!
I love the REM but it's hilarious to see it getting roasted on its own screens. (Also can they please get off Twitter and post service updates to a social media site you don't have to log in to read? Like, I dunno, BlueSky? )
For those not in the know, managing things happening onstage is not the same as being a Stage Manager. It is incredibly difficult to sum up what we do, but here's what the Canadian Theatre Agreement has managed:
Appropriate, but based on the cricket orchestra that was 2025 I'm going to have to press X to doubt.
We're finally getting around to playing the one-shot I made a while back, inspired by 200 word RPGs. Our stream is this Saturday, but you can getthe current rules for free over on our Patreon page: www.patreon.com/posts/major-...
Today's gigs: From rehearsals in a room behind a pretty chapel (probably deconsecrated?) to a comedy show in a gritty club (I love it but it's not a fancy place).
