i went through a Miike phase in my twenties, and this one felt the most aggressively fucked up to me. even more than Ichi the Killer. (early scene: father visiting a brothel and the sex worker is his daughter and THIS DOES NOT STOP THE INTERACTION)(THAT IS NOT THE MOST FUCKED UP THING EITHER)
