I know he was never a paragon of virtue, but it seems to me every recent picture of Rubio looks like his soul is leaking out his ears. He knows this is evil shit he is doing, and he is not a happy human, and that doesn't upset me.
Why does he always look so angry now? He "won", so what gives? Would it kill him to smile while he destroys public education?
