5 is the second largest, though it's unknown what it might be referencing - that said, it's larger than the chapter that decides if you're on the Weird Route or not.
2 is the largest, likely due to Chapter 2 being where the brunt of the Weird Route's primary plot is.

So I was struck with an idea while prepping my lunch: an engine for Pokémon fangames (like Pokémon Essentials) with the primary appeal being that it allows for any Pokémon (and Fakémon) that are supported to be easily moved between fangames that use the engine, complete with multiple Pokédexes to prevent any ID clashes.
(And also Pokémon would be stored as easily-readable JSON files for modding and trading purposes.)
