In a significant ruling today, the High Court of Justice has found that the Home Secretary acted unlawfully and in breach of her duties under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 by accommodating three vulnerable asylum seekers - TG, MN, and HAA - at RAF Wethersfield.
