Seconds out! Round 3! Ding-ding! A quick glance through my posts will show the history of the "Free Gaza!" graffiti on a local derelict pub. Last fortnight someone blanked it again. By today, it's back up. (Apparently by a brand new interlocutor.) I love our voices for freedom.
I helped 4 horses be happier today. I'm gonna drift off to dreams with a smile on my soul.
To all who celebrate: Happy #towelday bit.ly/4vcyJw & #Glorious25th tinyurl.com/mr3xdmrz May these wordsmiths both bless you.
My granny's yellow roses & peonies keep her alive in both sight and scent in my garden. The smell of the roses is just wonderful, literally.
Jaysus, has it been 20 years already since we had the craic up Gipsy Hill. Love you Joel x
BbcRb's Springwatch is the perfect background to any and every task. The sounds, the immaculate photography. Absolutely luscious. Yer cats might even get mesmerised by the fledgling wagtails.
A wee bit more of the new cycle/pedestrian path for kids, encouraging slower, meandering cycling. 2/2
There's a new cycleway being built here. As many of the users will be primary students, they've brought some innovative traffic calming, all with a little lick of paint. 1/2
Repost with your first crush Tippetarius/Princess Ozma of Oz. Completely fell for them when I discovered the Oz series at about 9yo.
The wild garlic seem to love hanging out with the Flame-of-the-valley, the complement each other well. #EdibleFlowers
Ah, me poor garden. First cut is the deepest. But, a few new thriving roselings and some more areas turning to the shamrock and wild garlic I've introduced.
Amazing how much weight of meaning a simple noun can gather over less than 20 years.
My Itchykoo Park is a fabulous predator. She caught & killed & presented this rat today. I'm so glad she's on my side.
OK OK, here's the current gang (sans mandolin agus bodhrán, they're stretching)
Couple of pomes I put in me mammy's card. It's OK she doesn't do BlueSki so she won't see this bleat.
Hej hej, apologies for the terrible picture here, but I just met a young puppy who reminds me so much of Uggi. Here's Solo (yes, Han). Only 8 months old an already an absolute dote. I'll send better pix when I meet him and his mam on an early morning walk. Oh! And congrats on the new book!
