Found out that the bag isn't an issue, so there might be hope yet. I checked originally against the image on the left, but found the image on the right after. So the spelling is fine for that. MHELLO isn't explained though. And zooming on on details like the grapes etc. gives me pause.

I've tried, but I haven't been able to find the artist. What I've found is that this image has gone under several changes through the years and there's 2 drawings of the character in the original. It might originate from the BTS fandom in early July 2017, but they might have it from somewhere else.

This one got me through 2023 and 2024. I'm sure I wasn't alone. 😂 Even if the original point of the story by @davidmalki.com wasn't about online internet trolls that wouldn't leave you alone the comic has gained fame under that understanding.

Ward Sutton's Sicko's was popularised by @theonion.com, but it has taken on a life of it's own online. His name isn't even mentioned on Know Your Meme. Most likely because it was assumed that the name of the comic and titular character, Stan Kelly, was the artist's name.

Yes, I'm aware of how they portrayed it. I was made aware of this happening over on Mastodon and read the OG exchange 3 days ago. He had already written that they shouldn't use his work and it was described in the userguide. This is from the 25th of May and came with the update.
