Oh this is probably better as a DM but I can't share images there. Have you considered the wonderful world of Avery in dresses? Possibly looking embarrassed about being in dresses? I could maybe commission something (although my budget isn't the biggest.)

James partially transformed into a dragonet (dragon-girl) has a sudden wardrobe malfunction when their newly formed wings burst from the purple dress they were trying on. James has short hair, and has green scales over much of their body giving them green skin. They also have a pair of small horns sprouting from their forehead, a tail growing in and a suggestion of claws on their hands. They are blushing with embarrassment at the sudden wing movement.

The background suggests they are inside, possibly in a dress shop. There are dress display mannequins in the background a mirror in the foreground.
