Republican Sen. Jon Husted still lists Max Miller’s endorsement on his website as he campaigns for a full Senate term. Husted will face Sherrod Brown in the November general election.

Moreno accused Miller of denying drug tests requested by DCFS. DCFS records are not public records, so I have no further knowledge of whether this is true (though Miller denied it.) However, I have a toxicology report from a 2011 crash showing Miller was on MDMA & Klonopin.

Emily Moreno requested a restraining order, citing an implicitly threatening message Miller sent her father. Here's a screenshot of the text, in which Miller seemed to imply he had some dirt of dirt on Moreno. However, Neither Miller nor Moreno answered my questions about what the text meant.

Rep. Gwen Moore (D-Wisc.) is a survivor of domestic abuse. Like Emily Moreno, Moore has alleged her abuser held a gun to her head. Moore now calls for “all investigative authorities involved” to ensure Moreno and Miller’s child is safe.

An EEOC admin. judge sent a fiery all-department email this AM alleging: 1. Trump's exec orders & instructions to target private citizens with them are illegal. 2. the judge had sent an earlier email with a similar tone yesterday that later vanished from their sent folder & colleagues' inboxes.
