Here's the Sonic x Racing Around the World - AX Edition poster that was given out at Anime Expo!

I couldn't get it signed but maybe I can take it to another event to make it happen.

Today's item is the 35th anniversary print that was given out during the Sonic the Hedgehog Animated Shorts: A Frame-by-Frame Retrospective panel at Anime Expo.

I missed out on getting the Persona 4 keychain though.

I finally got my hands on the Shadow Generations Music Experience that was sold during last year's SONIC MUSIC EXPERIENCE.

I picked up the Mclaren Sonic shirt from their Florida event! I'm glad they made it available in their online shop for those of us who couldn't attend.

I got this tote bag from Japan featuring a really cool illustration. It was part of a collaboration between Sega and Mobility Resort Motegi. I think the artwork has been shared on social media before, but I scanned it anyway just in case. Link to scans below!

I'll be there for the Persona live action series so I can see Millie Bobby Brown as Mackenzie Needham.

-that a Sonic game was going to be released for the Game Boy. I've always liked that promo artwork of Sonic and Shadow running through a roadway in the jungle. I think this issue was the only place where it was used. (2/2)

It's wild that I bought this GamePro issue 25 years ago! It was an interesting time to be a fan of the franchise because Sonic Adventure 2 was the last Sonic game released on a Sega console, and Sonic Advance was on the horizon. I remember being shocked when it was announced in January 2001-(1/2)

Saw these Sonic Jam magazine ad pages online and had to pick them up so I could scan the Project Sonic logo. The logo was a little damaged, so I cleaned it up and edited it to create a better-looking version. Link to scans below!

A while back, I found a Japanese Sega "Mega World" commercial featuring a claymation Sonic. I recently picked up and scanned a magazine ad showing the actual sculpts used in the commercial. One page also has what looks like a small comic hidden behind the artwork. I've never seen it before- (1/2)

Found the golden Classic Sonic backpack hanger from Just Toys! There are 12 to collect, including three glow-in-the-dark versions and three gold-dipped variants. I got the idea to use it as a car ornament like in Rad Mobile!

I received my Steady Hands Persona 5 Royal items! I already had a Shuujin Academy blazer from another brand, so I’m really glad they made a cardigan version. I also picked up a shirt featuring one of my favorite illustrations they created for the game.

For today, I’ve got the Orlinski Editions Sonic figure! I had to pick it up since it’s a 35th anniversary item. Only 200 were made, so I’m glad I was able to get one.

I managed to get my hands on the Jakks Tails Doll plush! You can get it through Gamestop. I wasn’t expecting merch for this character, but I love that they made it. Song: “Can You Feel the Sunshine (Acid Mix)” from Sonic Gems Collection.

Going to see Kiki’s Delivery Service in IMAX today, so I figured I’d try drawing her. Surprisingly, Jiji was the hardest part to draw. I’m really looking forward to experiencing the visuals and music on the IMAX screen.

I forgot this was happening so I almost missed out.

Here’s a Valentine’s Day piece featuring Ren and Haru from Persona 5! I originally started this for the Persona Live: Awakenings concert (you can still spot the logo on the tote bag), but I didn’t get the chance to finish it. So I decided to repurpose it into something new. Hope you enjoy!

This jacket was made by Sonic Team during the development of Sonic 3, and it’s inspired by Sonic’s old fighter pilot backstory. One of my favorite items that I own.
