I used to use these but I'm not a big fan of the taste, and for me I've had to take them a few hours before (which is basically as directed) I'm gonna play a game or anything. That being said, they have worked for me also, but I prefer the above two options.

These work quickly for me, and I love ginger so I don't mind ingesting them. They also work for general nausea.

MQ patches have worked well as an option that doesn't require you to ingest anything. You can put these either behind your ear or above your navel. But if you don't enjoy the scent they may not be your fav.
