yes, mona is an outlier, every real human being has some extra physical characteristic. people at the End of the World / the Ameran League / New Venezia etc are typically small mammal themed. tiny capybara ears. big big bat ears. pyon-pyon. cheesed to meet you. etc.

I really like dromaeosaurs and then everything else it kind of doesn't even matter what the numbers are. As a child I thought dinosaurs were vaguely cool in a child way but I only really started to care when I saw art of ones with feathers and down. The feathers really complete the designs to me.
Thank you! I love to cook and I do it very frequently. I actually really like trying to cook foods I include in my stories so I've been eating more Russian-style foods. Most of my cooking is pretty simple, stews, sauteed or roasted veggies and meat, savory pastries like flatbreads or stuffed breads.

i think all of my works are similar in terms of both scope and "pessimism" or "optimism". i dont know what metrics you are using to judge either of these but UD Aer is an unrecoverable ruin and humans have a very tenuous existence on it. EE Aer isnt doing fantastic but its going better than that.

Yup! I wrote a blog post with a lot of it: emptinesseffigied.com/2025/10/07/e... To add to that, I had been wanting to do an eldritch detective story for years and years but I didn't have the justification to myself for making it until I crafted the cosmology hinted at in my previous work.
It's one of my favorite games but I don't really draw attention to it for two reasons: first because the rights-holders fucked over the core creative people behind it. second because I think people who are fans of it are generally fans to such a degree that it is distorting to mention it at all.
