Why would they order it like this?

If anyone sees this dumb lil guy in West Philly lmk Pogo got out yesterday. He's a former street cat and has been known to follow people several blocks and try to invite himself inside so we're not ruling out that someone brought him in, but most likely he's wandering around looking for shade
