Thinking about Dr Ferguson, that neurologist in Beaverton who didn’t know that mild seizures existed and was surprised about my claim of a dx in FLE in childhood as I stare at this paragraph which describes some of my symptoms to a t. Gotten from Wikipedia

so I asked innocently a Chinese language account on threads what the Chinese characters for epilepsy means, since she was posting about the Chinese characters for illness and she never responded. Anyway last night I was reading excerpts from a paper on epilepsy in China and found this

I miss that hair color sometimes but purple into green is such a nightmare to maintain. It’s almost certainly why my throat bat is colored the way it is. My boss saw my hair color at the time and was inspired

Me with the same hair color but before it was so faded, it’s lavender on the top and I have curtain bangs and it’s blueish green on the bottom. We can see here that my throat bat has not yet been filled in. My boss who did this tattoo would inspired by my hair color lmao

I’m going to make a video about this later but the bones of this piece were drawn while preparing for my college geometry final back in 2023. It’s called rigid transformations because I was indeed using a lot of geometric transformations to draw it

I’m looking at a book of Hokusai’s art atm and I fell in love with this immediately. Upon reading the blurb, I learned this is the cover of a book of women’s precepts, I can’t believe I fell for this marketing so easily

Almost every bit of surface is decorated in the picture and the compression has just obliterated the details, the good news is I mostly just needed shape but also sad

Screenshot from the peony pavilion which I can use for a drawing but leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of the details around her hand position which is important in Chinese opera is obliterated by compression, the details of the flowers on the table cloths are also smeared out but it is workable. She is standing in front of a black background in a light yellow green overcoat in Ming era costume with elegant water sleeves rolled up and hands pointed toward the corner. She’s looking downwards and hair is done up ornaments, a lot of the details of which have been annihilated by compression.

🌸 So this happened yesterday 🌸

One of my stapelias started blooming. It’s a type of cactus in a little clear glass planter which is shaped like a skull. It’s on a marble window sill next to a gold 3d printed wizardman frog and a sleepy Kirby and a plant cutting in a old fish sauce bottle and some markers in a mug and a dried flower in resin

Closer up to the flower, it looks like an alien. It’s really smooth and spotted, white with like mauve pink towards the center

It’s me from like 2020 and my hair is much more strawberry blonde/red orange. It was a good look I won’t lie. I’m wearing orange sunglasses here which makes for a very dramatic effect. I’m in a blouse which has a kind of ditsy floral orange and yellow pattern on black background. My lipstick is mum from melt, which is a very orange brown shade, so this was a very autumn look

Anyway I almost forgot but here is some proof, I put these in water a few weeks ago and they did this and are now growing outside

A couple of pirated bok choy plants among some which were grown from seed in a big blue pot. The ones from cuttings are larger and more mature looking than the ones from seeds. There is a comment about this being my favorite singer because this is from a TikTok story and on TikTok this picture has music
