🗳️ DELAWARE MAKES HISTORY HB 444 has passed the Delaware General Assembly. With this vote, Delaware becomes the first state in the nation following the devastating Louisiana v. Callais decision to enact a state-level Voting Rights Act. It heads to Governor Meyer’s desk to be signed into law. 🗳️✊

On this day in 2015, the Supreme Court issued a landmark decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, striking down all bans on marriage for LGBTQ couples nationwide. The victory came not just as a result of our lawsuit, but as a culmination of decades of advocacy from LGBTQ activists across the nation.

Thank you to the Delaware Senate for the passage of these important immigrants' rights reforms! We encourage Governor Meyer to sign these bills as soon as possible!
