My sister wanted a bird feeder so my father told her to not buy it, because I can make it! Thanks a lot... So I spent whole day on it (mostly because wood glue needs some time). I never made bird feeder before or I didn't had any, so I made what I feel that is needed. It's still needs to be painted.
This year artfight! I love the idea of artfight, it perfect opportunity for me to try new mediums, do new things. And I did some 3d effect from frame of my animation, it was one of the option to do it this way, but I'm glad I didn't, this paper is so thick and hard to cut...
And the last attack. I joined late this year, but I did more than I expected. Probably because I did less my actual work than I expected... Well, back to work. Watercolors was nice, I can't wait to not touch them in months and use them less in the next few years than during this artfight! ;u;
And another attack. Watercolors are really nice, they looks really good in person, at best ok on the photo, and awful from scanner. But acrylics looks better from scanner than on the photo :/ I just want some repeatable results...

It's good that the second plan moves too fast so I accidentally saved myself a lot of work, and also background would be very shaky. I didn't planned it, but what I did is the better version, even if little less ambitious. But full frame by frame with backgroud would be cool...
I didn't expected to spend so much time on it, but I wanted to make something special. At first, I wanted to make 8 frames for a run cycle (now it's just 5) and in A5 format (I did in A6) and to make full frames painted, with no removing background.
My revenge on @nalakbel.bsky.social for the best thing I got during last year artfight. Watercolor paintings, scanned, digitally removed background so the second plane will move slower, and combined into animation.
Belts with black velcro. One side with fluff, other with hooks. It's good method because the loop makes pulling force twice higher, what is very useful during connecting. It's very stable, but require some space for belts.
I didn't had enough filling, so I had an idea to put exercise ball inside of the shell between filling. And it was great idea - the whole thing is nice filled, still soft, hardness can be regulated by pumping it more. It's finally done...
Hisuian Goodra Pokemon plush! It's the biggest plush I ever made (by volume). I spent much more time on it than I anticipated. I needed to make it in two parts so it will be possible to move it from one room to another.
Shiba of my friend I painted recently. I wanted to make out of focus effect for the background. I'm much more satisfied from this than my last painting of the same dog. I still have no idea what I'm doing, but I want to gain some experience.
Part of birthday gif for my friend - Janusz bag. Janusz is popular meme in my country, and my friend is fan of them so I had an idea for the perfect gift - very stylish and practical accessory.
I had some mixed paints left and I didn't to trow them away, so I had an idea for this thing and I wanted to try. Yes, it's physical version of gif. 4 pictures, but halfs from neighboring frames also make one, so I get 8 frames from only 4 pictures.
I didn't painted since artfight (and it was my first time painting), it was good to do it again. It's Sakiro - shiba of my friend. I also made this frame by myself with piece of board, saw and router.

I made a small diorama and set my figures. And because it will be blured, I used cardboard. Fast and effective. I made a photo to check if this point of view will work. Not perfect, but I like it.
Earth Federation uniform from Mobile Suit Gundam cosplay. I spent holidays on personal projects. This should be made half year ago for small convention, but it will wait for next one.
