A set of four trophies in Granblue Fantasy Relink: Endless Ragnarok, named "Rampage", "Dominating", "Unstoppable", and "Godlike" in that order.

This is a reference to the Unreal Tournament series' voice lines played when a player has gotten a certain amount of kills without dying; five kills has the announcer say "Killing Spree", and then every five kills procs the rest of the lines (Rampage, Dominating, etc) in that order.

IT IS TIME.

A crop from the new FF14 patch notes that says “New fish have been added.”. The 7.x denotes that these fish will be added to Dawntrail areas, which (along with other information) implies these are the Legendary fish for these regions.

@skunkapegames.com Question about the upcoming Poker Night remake on Switch, specifically Switch 2- there’s a slight discrepancy in file size between S1 and S2. Call it a hunch but does this mean that S2 will be able to run the game at native resolution? (e.g. 1080p handheld, 4K docked)

A couple days ago, a game I've long been anticipating, Lumines Arise, dropped: youtu.be/HVRIvW5mNYk The posts by Christine Love attached (image) are all I needed to see to know they succeeded. More games need to be earnest and maximalist. Cringe is dead, being earnest is cool as shit.

here's a fun question i thought of: when you get a new controller (or other similar device) are there any games/genres you test it out on to make sure it's worth its salt? my go to is puzzle games, and i labbed a new controller on Tetris Effect yesterday; this morning I tried it with Lumines Arise.

I actually finished something in my Metroid Prime hard mode run- I completed the logbook, which means every single enemy, lore, and other important item in the game is scanned! On my original playthrough I only missed this one enemy (the Ice Shriekbat), so I just needed to scan it on the replay.

the game gave me triboulet and i said "okay, fine, i'll actually try this time" at one point had 5 tribs (2x trib, 1x blueprint, 2x brainstorm) but Trib Blue Sock Brain Brain is a better setup, nine triggers per card vs 5. didn't get the deck fixing to go much further but i'm proud of this run~

Finally finished Super Metroid! I still have a couple issues with it- mostly the walljumps being mushier than stepping in cake- but I still appreciate it for how important it is to the Metroidvania genre. An incredible game for 1994. Still playing Metroid Prime on hard, still enjoying it.

Finally finished Super Metroid for the first time. I… still wish I liked this game more. It’s one I want to revisit, but I have always understood and appreciated what it is for the Metroidvania genre- without it and SotN we would not have the genre as we know it. The wall jumps fucking suck tho.

Started a new hard mode run of Metroid Prime Remastered, and been chipping away at both that and Super Metroid (which I’ve never finished). So ready for December 4th. casual reminder there’s a Casual difficulty in Metroid Prime, ideal for first timers- any time you wanna try something new~

couldn’t put it on the go lives when it happened last week, so here it is- i beat Metroid Dread! really good game, really difficult but it never took too long to get back to where i was after a death. only two months until Metroid Prime 4!!! might work on other Metroids i have yet to beat til then.

Post a PERFECT album from the 90s that isn't Nirvana or Pearl Jam Sadly the Bad Religion album I would've picked (No Control) is just two months shy of the 90s. I stand by including it in a list of perfect albums, though. These three, though, all shaped me.
