DCS UPDATE!!!!! We filed 14 civil rights complaints on behalf of TN families on June 18th. Since then, our office has received HUNDREDS of calls and voicemails asking for help. We're working through the requests, so please be patient. We see you, and we hear you. Keep fighting!

I’M BAAACK! Today I traveled to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati to hear oral arguments in our lawsuit against the state of Tennessee to protect your 1A. Big thanks to my co-plaintiff Rachel Welty, the Horwitz Law Firm, & ICAP for taking this case and making it historical record.
