Thank you! It's over 2 years into this journey now. I'm really satisfied with the results because I started at 104 kg (230 lbs, I think). Now I'm down 41 kg, but of course, I want a little more haha 😅 Was it easy for you to lose 14 lbs? Or did you have to work very hard? (This is the difference⬇️)
