The gist is - 1980s-90s: downtown - 2000s-20s: belle isle - ‘23-present: downtown It could be moved again *somewhere* depending on how the demo of the RenCen outer buildings go, but it’s penned in for at least next year at the current site. If it were to change, Belle Isle feels an unlikely choice
