My latest coaster experiment of silver spray paint with black gesso. It's so much easier to handle and apply than the Minwax black wood filler, which was not even close to true black. This will be my new go-to method for silver and glow-in-the-dark batches.

One failed experiment with hi-viz green and glow-in-th-dark spray paint. I used the wrong urethane in them which is why they look like radioactive green tomatoes! These will probably go to a bar I don't like very much!

So I tried glow in the dark paint, now I wanted to see what high-viz green would do. It works, but kinda disappointed in the wood filler, though.

Of course, I had to ask AI what its take on it was. It either agrees with my take and/or has been spying on me long enough to build on its LLM.

I just liberated another stack of coasters of their painter's tape. Gonna sand and get them urethaned before the end of the weekend.

The next batch of black satin stained A101 coasters got their final top coat of urethane on them!

I got my amp back from the shop, and I'm ready to play out again, presuming the weather, back pain, and sciatica don't have other plans.
