Likely a shoo-in for red builds, SFM for an instant speed uncounterable Pyroclasm is pretty sick. The only question will be whether it fits into a resilient MD equipment package, or is relegated to the sideboard. It might just replace Chainsaw, but 2 mana for 3 damage is a lot worse than 4 for 4.
I believe in this one a lot less than Cloak and Dagger, but it's somewhat appealing to have a repeatable discard effect w/ Karakas. At 3 mana, the first trigger is probably way too horrible, but it's something to think about.
I never liked Samwise all that much, but I like this a lot more for both having lifelink, and also WAY more applicable without the "from the battlefield" requirement. It's likely way too modest for current Legacy, but I've had my eye on Lifelink cards for a while now and this was nice to see.
Lifelink is a very good keyword right now, and Deathtouch is not bad either. It sadly has the new templating there are no flicker tricks, but I could totally see this as a solid replacement for the 3rd/4th copy of Skyclave. Better on the board, worse with Yorion, but extremely flexible.
