Again, veeeery very normal.

A 7 1/2 foot tall Tyrannosaurus rex carved out of purple insulation foam, with a background of tall unpainted grass on the bottom, is partially painted brown. The dinosaur is clearly a work in progress.

The bread aisle of a grocery store at 10:30am, hours before a record blizzard is forecasted to start. Most of the bread is gone, but one whole shelf of various rye breads remains largely untouched.

No more plow but the sidewalks just got done for the first time. I have now dug my car out thrice. Plinking sounds and also my FACE tell me the ice storm part is starting.

Approximately 6 inches of snow have accumulated on top of a small grey SUV. The picture shows part of the hood cleared off so you can see the depth of the snow. There are other cars in a parking lot behind that have not been cleared off at all. This is the second of three times this car has been cleared of snow in one day.

Sweet frozen Jesus on a crispy cracker. Missing from this map is the town where my library is… which is in the purple… where it will be -3° in the morning. Help.

Pigeon brawl in France, with the two on the left strutting over in lock-step like the principal and your gym teacher coming over to send everyone to detention and be very disappointed in them.

This week was a pile of hot garbahhhje but hey I finally finished my latest project. 9”x24” finished, crewel wool on traditional groundcloth. (pattern by Avlea Folk Embroidery)

A long rectangular cream linen table runner with fringed edges and a geometric design worked in brick pink, navy, and muted teal wool thread. The pattern is from Avlea Embroidery and is based on Prairie-style architecture leaded glass windows. It took around 45-50 hours to embroider and finish, in case anyone wonders why this would not be a lucrative side hustle.
