Every year, each councillor can allocate €30,000 of public funds for local improvements in their community. This year my allocation was used to fund permanent 5 a side goals in Salthill Park, a bike shelter at Cappagh Park, and other accessibility and safety improvements in the area.
😬😬😬😬😬😬 That uneasy feeling you get when you have 59 posters on board, Taylors Hill to go up, and only 19% battery left. 🚴♂️🚴♀️🏋 @social-democrats.bsky.social @socialmide.bsky.social
Love this poster one of my 2nd year cspe students hand-drew for my room. Says it all. #SocialJustice She's demanding payment in chocolate form 🍫. One large easter egg should do it. @social-democrats.bsky.social
A fabulous day for a cycle to school along the new active travel scheme on Bóthar Stiofáin. This has made an incredible difference already for those walking, scooting and cycling to school. Traffic volumes way down on the wdr this morning as a result. #ActiveTravel @galwaycity.ie

Thanks to all councillors @galwaycity.ie who unanimously backed my motion calling for the government to immediately halt the US military's use of Shannon Airport for refuelling, & for condemning the Israeli and US's illegal war against Iran @socdemsgalway.bsky.social @social-democrats.bsky.social
