The @e18e.dev meta-framework tracker is getting closer to our first release. Thanks to the team behind HTTP Archive and contributions from @rdforte.bsky.social, we now have metrics for each meta-framework in the wild in our report. Sneak peek of what we are working on (designs not final)

It took me a long time to get here, but I finally got my hands on a La Marzocco GS3 for my coffee set-up. Can't wait to start making coffee with it!!

The @e18e.dev CLI now powers the dependency stats in the framework tracker project. For example, you can now see deduplicated dependencies across the Node Modules folder in the starter setups for each metaframework.

(1/8) An exciting project over at @e18e.dev is our project: how can we measure performance across meta-frameworks? This means going deeper than just bundle size, but looking at all stats across development and runtime. Here is an example of one of our dev build tests. More details in the thread.

It was great representing @atlassian.bsky.social at the Coders for Causes industry night. Some of the best software engineers I know in Western Australia come from Coders for Causes. Hopefully, we will see them in Atlassian's intern and grad programs soon.
