Three para pals guessed my personal "Childhood Whore!" I don't know why I was surprised. I love you weirdos. www.patreon.com/dobyfriday
Do By Friday #461: "Childhood Whore" This week's challenge: watch episode one of _The World at War_. dobyfriday.com/episodes/461 There's always more to learn about Hitler's holiday hangouts, and I'm starting my first serious Stalin season.
The Do By Friday Wiki is ALMOST at a point where it'd be useful to listeners and not just me and my unhinged Obsidian plugins. (By "useful," I mean the "you can find the timestamp where an egg yolk glops into a Rollie" kind of useful.)
I will, however, air my grievances over the 2010 media coverage that said Totoro made a "cameo" when he's part of the main ensemble of Bonnie's toys! He is a vital member of the team!
I adore Toy Story 3, but don't ever ask me to articulate why because I'm also one of the Andy-aged Millennials who can't stop themselves from getting emotional about the smell of Styrofoam early Christmas morning 1995.

My laptop's getting wonky enough that whenever a project's exporting, I end up watching iStat Menus like it's the 10th inning of a Cubs v. Brewers game.
Weirdly, my college roommate and I discovered the Mr. Macintosh anecdote when we were searching for a scene from the 1994 movie Blank Check. In order to buy a literal castle, a kid creates a fake adult persona, “Mr. Macintosh,” with the help of a creepy TTS program. youtu.be/z5Qu3cxNyfI?...
It's come to my attention that most of you don't let "Mr. Macintosh" live in your head rent free. www.folklore.org/Mister_Macin...

I'm gaining a gigabyte of system data every hour, and I haven't touched anything other than Settings.
IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN. iOS's System Data seems to be creeping up to over 63 GB, and I have no idea why. I had the same issue in December, and I had to restore a complete reset to factory defaults. It's not running an iOS beta! I've been so good!
Thank you for all the TMJ tips and tricks (I had a mouth guard but I bit it so hard in my sleep that it broke). I’m going to try some mindful mints techniques! A jaw specialist recommended it years ago, but I prefer to listen to people on the Internet.
You can tell Overcast's transcription is top notch because it can correctly parse conversations like this. overcast.fm/+AAs1fB3zvVs

Is this the first year they've officially used the term "Dub Dub?" youtu.be/KPvBUCB7RTI?si=XaGCe...
Researching phone case materials has led me to the unfamiliar world of mobile acoustic couplers. These were still being regularly used in the 1980s! This is one of those things that makes me feel like technology is magic, and I'm getting all sentimental about VoIP. youtu.be/JqJ159pngY8?si=EZCT4..
I wish Apple Health's "State of Mind" would be able to answer this question itself based context clues it has access to.
I know I need to relax when Francis sits here, because it means my shoulders have gotten so tense they’ve reached my ears at an angle that’s comfortable for a 15lb cat.
It wasn't. Note: This is not a reflection on the Drafts app, but instead another example of how Shortcuts will do something brilliantly useful for a week and then collapse for no discernible reason.
