Happy Friday! Today on Cocktails with Alpen, a classic Daiquiri. No, it's not a blended drink! It's shaken, balances sweet and tart perfectly, and shows off the rum. 3/4 oz lime juice 1/2 oz 2:1 simple syrup 2 oz Probitas 1/4 oz Rum Fire (or 2 oz of your favorite rum, this is simply my go-to)
