Heading off to Pittsburgh for the Children’s Literature Association’s (ChLA) annual conference. The only better than making children’s books is talking about them!

A lot has been said about Mac Barnett‘s comment about Sturgeon’s Law. I found both Barnett and Klassen to be genuine and true creatives. (Jon Klassen is the GOAT.) Despite Mac’s hurtful comment, the one thing he has done is brought attention to children’s literature, which benefits us all. #kidlit
