Anybody have a how-to on getting tf away from Google? This was next-level creepy and invasive. There are literally only two ways Google could make this leap: using my Pixel's camera to spy on me. Or using my Pixel's mic to spy on me.
So the only two I really think of as truly monotone are squid and flounder. I'm guessing the rest are ok? 🤔
This study showed they're more likely to approve of Trump, but not by a huge margin; it's about 10% on this chart. Vaccine denial appears to be the big one.
... If we can't actually get across the line to SA then stuff like this is going to read like "establishment hit-piece 101" in a VERY anti-establishment environment. If the bar actually moved to this from [see attached], NYT might've just done the guy a favor.
TL:DR the current environment is ripe for generating a leftward swing that's just as morally bankrupt as MAGA. And potentially just as effective. Democrats are currently acting like they're above it, but if Platner survives all this shit and wins anyway I wonder if it'll stay that way.
Now, if that happened, would it be good for the party? Especially is the SA shit is true: definitely not, ethically. Politically? It would show the establishment that they can peel right-wingers off the bottom of the horse-shoe of doom if they actually do a populism.
With missiles* Which is a losing cost-ratio with $10,000 drones. Russia AND Ukraine have been using helicopters and [see attached photo] So... "Slow and obsolete" you say? 😅
This just cropped up. It's already on the top-5 blocked list, and I support that list.
Sure is. Missed that one. It is 1800+ posts. But "war mongering" is a lie Dem oppo has made up - particularly on this platform and that's why I throw out the opinion of anybody who says it. TL;DR in photo form jacobin.com/2025/10/plat...
You stopped reading before you got to the Newsweek article screen cap, huh? Here's the highlight:
Anyone following me knows I HATE establishment Dems. But this here be bullshit. Dems held power across all 3 branches for 6 of the last THIRTY years. That doesn't factor the filibuster which is the only thing correctly keeping Republicans from steamrolling us. TL:DR it's 99% Republicans' fault
Need to put her in the Stormfront costume from The Boys (Spoiler alert: she's a Nazi)
I can't image someone who cultivates a lack of remorse for the negative social side effects of their disability will put much effort into treating that aspect of their illness. Substance abuse is a disease - it literally changes your brain chemistry and is genetic. Yet, step 9 still exists:
Meanwhile, "neglectful evil" has had an effectual government for... 4 years. Out of the last 30. Zero out of 30 if you remember Republicans could filibuster with a narrow Senate minority every year. How the fuck do you fix anything if you're the perpetual minority party?
YOU WILL NOT HOLD THE CITIES. THE CITIES ARE THE LYNCHPIN OF YOUR ECONOMY, FUCKERS

If you've got a light switch that didn't turn on the lights when you flipped it, that light switch didn't work. Similarly, every defensive play is meant to prevent a score or a first down. And my brother on Christ, by definition, this play DID NOT WORK. See the attached definition of "work"
