The zucchini on the left in my previous post yielded all this! Had almost little over 5 cups grated from it 👀 Zucchini chocolate cake and zucchini fritters.
Costata Romanesco Zucchini. They ‘grow up’ quickly! When they get this large, I make either zucchini bread or chocolate zucchini cake. I’ll be doing the cake this time!

A special thanks to Buttonbush over the past few weeks for supplying food and nutrients to the pollinators. Now the energy of this shrub will focus on producing seed heads that our songbirds will feast on. If we lived near a pond, mallard ducks would be in their glory! #Cephalanthusoccidentalis
