If Tank Girl had been bitten by a radioactive Jessica Rabbit. Custard always.
Anyway, long story short, I think I'm going to have to contact this guy as I'm not sure I can cope with the stress of Lionel's extermination process and so armed mice are the only option www.instagram.com/reel/DbeSw8M...
Lionel blends just a little too well with the rug in the hallway and has perfected his role as furry trip hazard, if you want to start a book on my cause of death
I'm quite grateful Lionel's not a lapcat given it's shorts weather but he does like to be so close you couldn't fit a blue rizla between us, and will give me a look if the fuss stops
Paging Beak and Cathy @beakmoo.bsky.social @craftycow.bsky.social Time to round up Gee and reassemble the mooseum crew?
Day 327 of house move and enthusiasm is waning die to heat. Easily distracted by birdsong and a piece of cheese.
It's from the Natural History Museum. Just need to change the blind and tile behind the basin.
In Things I Wish My Dad had Lived To See today, I did my first ever wallpapering and got a perfect plumb line because I watched closely and paid attention, Dad, I really did, are you proud of me now Dad are you are you
PLASTIC FOX WITH ITS PLASTIC KNEES #unexpectedfbmpearworm youtu.be/OcR9wUE-ZA4?...
Went for a walk and a pint and spotted the best example of free will I've ever seen
As the ex finally allowed me to collect (most of) my things from the old house, I'm going through the books he packed up as 'mine'. This definitely is not mine and doesn't appear to have been read. Reckon he bought it especially? 😆
Morag is 17. Morag can sprint like Bolt and despatch rodents and small mustelids with alarming skill. Morag does not want her mats on her belly combing out. Morag will despatch 45yo cat sitters if they continue to try. This is a warning.
'What about the pain?' Matt asks when I say I'm going for a new tattoo after work. 'Oh, I've a high threshold.' 'Oh yeah I can see that about you', he replies. Excuse me, am I coated in molten wax? Turns out he's not wrong, I nearly had a little nap but the music was a bit loud.
This feels easier with the arrival of spring round the corner. I forget how much I need sun in my bones to feel OK. Had a sneaky sunbathe in the garden where I was cat sitting the other week. It was barely above 10°C but the feeling of the sun's rays on bare skin is amazing at this time of year.
You may know one of my pals from the scrapstore then as she's in Cropredy.. not sure if she's by the Saucy Hound or one of the other spots. It's a nice spot there though. Saw Rimsky and Handkerchief play last time I was there 😁
Yep. I'm rubbish at following recipes but found choux relatively easy to not fuck up and easy to create various flavours with.
And this is what I collected from the shed floor today, while getting my mower out.
This was in the shed in summer. Spotted it when it was the size of a walnut but thought it had been abandoned. A week later it's a full on cantaloupe of OSB with a billion angry wasps in it. I don't mind a wasp. Good pestivores and pollinators, just so long they don't sting me or eat the bees.
Using the online triage form to book a meds review and there's an option to add an image.
In a graphic design course I'm doing, one example is of wedding stationery, and the next paragraph discusses choosing typography, and the segue from marriage to capture is surely no mistake
