Early refugee from the Bad Place. IT security, forensics and investigations guy with far too many history books. All opinions personal and do not reflect etc. etc.
Is it possible that market are finally getting wise to the Nazi grifter’s bullshit? Wouldn’t be too optimistic - lots of idiots out there - but just maybe. BTW, going by P/E, Tesla is still about 10 times overpriced, and arguably more like 15 times.
This is beginning to look very bad. If you got into SpaceX at its peak, you’ve now lost about a third of your investment. It’s now well below its IPO price. Another few percentage points and you’re going to start seeing lots of litigation, I’d guess. Yesterday’s serious failure to launch won’t help.
…and then there’s Donegal. 😂 Fine view of Errigal this morning. I’ve been in Dunlewy for 24 hours and still haven’t seen Errigal, despite standing on top of Errigal yesterday.
They look like they have some horrible skin infection. Didn’t they look at the paint-jobs used on fighters back in ‘76? They were (somewhat) classier.
Just in case anyone is wondering how hard it will be to decommission these reactors when they’re done with, 👇 these are the 4 Resolution-Class Polaris subs, tied up at Rosyth since the 1990s waiting for their small modular reactors to be decommissioned. There are 18 other subs on the list too btw.
This is the Norway team photo. It looks like Haaland is really into this, like if he could mix the football with a bit of traditional looting and pillaging it would really make his summer…
Welcome to the wonderful world of Skeuomorphism… Emails don’t use envelopes - ideas are represented by filament light bulbs
Well, crap, how often does that happen in wars? Who’d have thought that would happen?
It’s by now perfectly clear that many of the officials in charge of the World’s most powerful country are extremely stupid. This isn’t snark, or cynicism. It is a simple statement of fact.
…and often with unusual, difficult-to-reprocess isotopes I can show you how difficult it is to decommission SMRs in two photos. These are retired UK nuclear submarines in storage at Rosyth and Devonport. All contain what are essentially SMRs. Some have been awaiting decommissioning for over 30 years
It struck me a few days ago that the Boulton Paul Defiant, perhaps the worst fighter the RAF ever put into service, would be excellent at shooting down drones.
That’s dystopian..? Please recall this nutter has nuclear release codes… 😱
Not going to confirm this photo - the source is a bit dubious. Still, I can’t see any obvious AI tells. If this is the plane in question, though, it’s a write-off.
Checking the S&P 500 this morning to see how bad things are. I saw the article at the bottom. The Human Race has got to stop accepting and normalising sociopathic behaviour or, bluntly, we’re all fucked. If we make it possible to profit from man-made crises, some psychos will want to create them.
These are not merely detention centres. They fit the definition of concentration camps in every respect, including elevated death rates among internees.
I'm deflecting? You're the twit trying to change the subject to the 2010 election instead of explaining why the Labour party's contempt for the rights of the British voter is any less toxic than that of the Tories. You both think disenfranchising a large proportion of the electorate is just fine.
Nope. Balla Lease Developments v Keeling🙄 A check of the map shows the true spelling. Makes me wonder what other precedents have been mucked up.
Just one’s enough, but somebody has to make the coffee while he’s busy…
A very quick example to show how insanity has overtaken the US financial system. P/E is a measure of how realistically shares are being priced. For “Blue Chips” like banks, utilities, big established companies it’s usually between 9 and 15. For tech stocks, 30-40. For Toyota 10.3 For Tesla >300 🤪
Dear Duolingo Chess. Magnus Carlsen I ain’t, but I’m pretty sure this never happens.
Well, it appears our new ginger kitten is unimpressed with the day too… 😾
There is one. It’s a detachment under the Imperial Agents Codex.
So, apparently Jeff Bezos thinks it’s perfectly OK for Elon Musk to take a trillion dollars out of a firm that simply can’t afford it… You just have to wonder just how spiritually bankrupt you have to be to voluntarily write this shit. I mean, do these guys have any self-respect left at all?
