For the OAK_house enerphit I succumbed to using XPS at the walkout basement floor. Been battling water leakage for years so just in case routed in channels to help keep it dry. Lots of caveats for this stuff though....
We had a blast seeing all the lowriders at the deYoung yesterday. It was kicked off by the New Mexico artist ( and friend of my wife ) Rose Simpson whose cars are on show inside until November patterned after her families tradition of pottery making.
