NOT numbered day of training. Gave my hip two weeks off to rest from whatever is going on, but now it's time to get back to work. I did hold off on running, though, to make Tim happy. Hip ached the whole time but no worse than it's been. I call that a win.

Ekko and Juniper have declared this #Caturday a rest day. (Because it's too hot)

It's #NationalKittenDay, so throwing it back to Pixie this time. She's only a little bigger than this now - and still as vocal and rambunctious. 💙

It's a kitty-healing kind of day. Which means Tonks critiquing my crochet work (and being disgruntled that I finished the blanket yesterday and packed it away with the other Christmas presents).

This is so cozy and warm! I am also super proud of myself for tackling this simple but fun project. (And the first one using hdc - half double crochet - stitch)

Day 36 of my 10K training AND Go the Distance Virtual 5K race! (Combined the two to not add an extra run day and strain my Achilles) Magic Mile 4: 11:03! (Yes, it's easier on a treadmill, but I still have to do the running) Two races to go to finish the challenge.

Day 35 of my 10K training. After mile 1, I swapped my run/walk pattern. I'm running my first virtual race for the runDisney summer series tomorrow, and I'm not used to running two days in a row. Nice to see it didn't make a dramatic difference.
