The Mandalorian and Grogu Perfectly serviceable popcorn movie, it was fine. A few things made me go "oh come on" but yeah, it's Star Wars. All the dads and kids at the 4:45 showing seems to get a kick out of it. Just turn your brain off at the door.
Rooster Another entry in the Bill Lawrence "sad white middle-aged white guy" oeuvre, about trying to fix things with family, building found family, etc. Ranks below Shrinking and Ted Lasso in that regard, but still quite good. Solid cast, and loved to hate Phil Dunster.
DTF St. Louis You will NOT see a better or more interesting show this year. Period. Remarkably, devastatingly touching and human. I'm not even going to try to explain it. But the three leads were ASTOUNDING.
Devil Wears Prada 2 Solid popcorn movie, they did a great job of moving everyone forward 20 years after the first one ended, instead of trying to erase that gap. Good fun and fashion, a decent bit of social commentary worked in with the death of traditional media and dipshit billionaires.
Project Hail Mary Saw it when it came out, didn't know how to review it because as good as it was, I wanted more. Don't read the book first. You'll be sad about everything that was missing. I will watch this again at home, with a different perspective and different expectations set.
If you enjoy Port, the Sandeman tour/tasting is good. Walk across the Ponte Luis bridge during the day and at night. Eat at any restaurant down on the river on Cais da Ribeira at night, and look up at the Miradourp da Serra do Pilar (pictured). MAKE RESERVATIONS! Walk up and down every alley.

We take a lot of long drives, 6-7+ hours, and Burger King is the only place we can grab a road meal because they have the impossible burger for her. No more. $4.89 for a basic cheeseburger? $3 for cheese? $5.39 for SMALL fries? $30 is insane. Protein bars & trail mix from now on.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms This was so much fun, and so well done. Six tight, well-paced short episodes, phenomenal cast of characters, some... interesting sight gags. Perfect TV in the Game of Thrones universe. You can binge it in an afternoon in not much more time than a marvel movie.
Marty Supreme The least enjoyable "good" movie I've seen in years. Not a single sympathetic character, constant high anxiety, a constant feeling of "this is ridiculous." There were two scenes I enjoyed in the whole movie. Just wanted it to be over.
Hamnet. Worth the hype, a masterpiece from Chloé Zhao. Jessie Buckley is especially magnificent, Paul Mescal is magnetic, and the kid—Jacobi Jupe—WOW what a performance. I might need to go back and watch the last show he was in. This jumps right to #2 on my list of Oscar contenders.
