Was low-key worrying about how strongly the wind sweeps across the roof terrace here, and overnight storm confirmed it's gonna be an issue at some point. I do not want the neighbours to end up with my patio chairs upside down on their cat or something 😬

Tonight was Mistborn, which is a deckbuilder based on the novels. You burn metal to activate card abilities, gradually skill up, and buy new allies, etc. I played a money+healing strategy which fell down when the shop got gummed up with low level crap and didn't refresh. But yay for game frens! 🥰

Dorf Romantik is about all the brain I could brain after three hours sleep, but it was such a nice evening. Games friends visiting for a whole week!! ☺️

Also '[symptom] happened on [x,y,z] dates' is useful data, but seeing 50% of a calendar month marked up is way more impactful about the extent of the issue. Doctors are human and tired, and as susceptible to a good chart/infographic as anyone.

Can't decide whether I'm pleased or irritated with my new die

I don't have strong opinions about pavlova, I'm sure everyone has a rating scale for these kind of things 😅

Elements which contribute to points :
Cream, mousse layer, crunchy base, fruit coulis, aesthetic. Score each category 0-2 points (poor, acceptable, great).
Not a Pavlova (usually meringue with no mousse layer) - cannot score higher than three overall

Trees are so good. This thing is not just nice to look out at, but keeps my whole living room cooler. And I'm on the second floor, in the middle of the city. More city trees!!
