Mongolia map for my monthly Age of Steam game. Toughest map we’ve played in awhile and we had two players go bankrupt! I managed the win despite having to lose a point to pay debt more than once!

Finished reading "When the Earth Was Green" by @restingdinoface.bsky.social this morning, coincidentally out in paperback today! The powerful Conclusion brought tears to my eyes. I was also very excited that there was a Nebraska chapter! I've threaded highlights of our cool state fossil sites!
My monthly Age of Steam group tried out the Belgium map yesterday. After winning the last couple months, I got ganged up on and finished third, ha ha. That’s all right though - I love the challenge!

My monthly Age of Steam game was the epic Korea map! I managed the victory by building mostly in the North, which was cheaper but had fewer cubes on the board to work with. But my fewest shares was the difference again!
Played one of my all-time favorites with my wife yesterday - History of the World! It was a close one, but my average score was a little better than hers!

Victory for Ann on the Fukushima map in my monthly Age of Steam game. Loved this map! I was able to avoid taking any shares in the game and both my friend Matt and I earned a rare 25-value chip in income!
