Reading my one-act play in which the passage condemning slavery remains in the Declaration of Independence making it the Declaration of Emancipation. From left to right… John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Mason, and me, Edward Rutledge capitulating to the reality of delaying equality for all men.

Reading the Bible with all its contradictions does more to free minds than it does to condition them… and there’s the added benefit of increasing our national literacy rates (it’s almost as if someone on the inside is working behind the scenes to thwart the evil empire’s intentions) 😎
