HOW WE MEASURE IT
This site queries all models with something like "Who is <name>? Give up to 10 results, each with a short description and confidence." We then cluster similar descriptions together and assign a strength score.

WHY IT MATTERS
Being in the weights means your existence was deemed important in the process of creating superhuman artificial intelligence. It's a kind of fame meaning you live on as long as the model does.

The arguments around the use of "AI" are exhausting. I'm tired of re-typing my reasons, so this document is a summary of some of the many reasons why I refuse to use AI.

These reasons are not particularly original. They have been stated many times by others.
These are not all the reasons not to use AI.
These reasons are not in any particular order.
These arguments focus on my work as a programmer.
I interchange AI and LLMs, but prefer LLMs as "AI" is a marketing term used to oversell the capability of generative models.

To save you some scrolling in case you’re here for something specific.

Why there’s no incentive for management to require AI usage:
The benefits are usually negligible, but often nonexistent and sometimes even negative (and this is/will be true both Now and in The Future)
Why people deserve informed consent before using these products:
Harms to individual users
AI usage damages critical thinking and encourages cognitive surrender
AI products encourage dependence and decrease self-confidence
AI usage hinders skill formation and learning on novel tasks
AI usage erodes expertise and damages performance even on familiar tasks
AI usage amplifies individuals’ biases and flaws in judgment, in ways that are invisible to them (which is a problem, because bias is baked into these products)
An additional AI policy suggestion:
Sending uncorrected “workslop” to someone else is always inappropriate, because
AI outputs can be hard to parse
AI outputs must be understood to be corrected (and they always need to be corrected)
And last, but in a just world, not least:
Ethics and the environment (mostly a list of resources)
