I would use ground pork, glass noodle, carrot, bean sprout, woodear, dried shiitake, shallot, green onion and egg. Kohlrabi is needed too but if not available you can use white onion which will contain more water. Managed to find this pic from a few years back to show you roughly how it should look

Just in case anyone wanted an update, I got an into an accident on my way home from work this afternoon. Beside minor bruises on my arm and leg, my front teeth took quite a hit (one chipped off but you cant tell cuz my dentist did a good job planting a temporary one in its place).

Twitch chat decided that I should try a new barbershop instead of going to my regular. This new guy ended up razoring off some pieces of my skin (not noticable in pic) cuz apparently he isn't used to dealing with facial hair this long 🙄 The vibe was better but idk if I want to come back after that 🤔
