There's probably not much phone video of Everett's Thrush out there, so here's one living its best life and tossing leaves around with abandon on the slopes of Mount Kinabalu.

It was pleasing to see some damselflies in St Fittick's Park today with both Blue-tailed and Azure present. I've not seen either species here for several years, with the wetlands getting overgrown and polluted. Hopefully, more Odonata will appear there. #InsectWeek @britishdragonflies.bsky.social

Lots of seabirds were brought close inshore to Aberdeen Bay by the southeasterlies today. The numerous Sandwich and Common Terns attracted at least four Arctic Skuas, which flew sorties around the harbour mouth for agile food grabs. #Birds #BirdingScotland #UKWildlife

Two high-altitude waders from Termas del Plomo. Grey-breasted Seedsnipe hardly looks like a wader at all, but the Magellanic Snipe hiding in the long grass was a bit more of a typical 'snipe'. #Birds
