Here in Portland, OR, we’re starting to get the smoke from the forest fire in Oregon & Washington. It makes the sunlight look weird. For those of us w/ asthma, it makes going outside a problem.

My cat Geordie loves music. We’ve found that he likes Pachelbel’s Canon in D, anything by The Carpenters that’s low/slow, “The Dream of Delphi” by @batforlashes.music-social.com - anything that’s beautifully harmonic. He has kitty ADHD, & these songs really chill him out. #CatsOfBluesky 🐈‍⬛💕🎶

Meet Apollo, AKA Fatty Lumpkin. He has his special “spots” in the house to snooze. This is one of his faves…my desk chair. He had his kibbles about an hour ago & is dreaming of chasing mouses now. #CatsOfBluesky 🐈💙💤

My son, Daniel, used to feed Geordie & Apollo prior to leaving for work every morning. But, we had to change that routine because Apollo (the tabby) would bully Geordie out of his food & eat too much & then get sick. This is them watching Daniel now as he leaves for work, not feeding them. 😂

Geordie has been on Prozac for 4 months & he is a a changed cat. Still his quirky, goofy, self, but no more anxiety, biting, scratching, endless zoomies. But, he’s VERY smart. His meds are due at 9 pm each night. He now gets above the cupboards in the kitchen to hide from me.🐈‍⬛🤷‍♀️💉🤣 #CatsOfBluesky
